The Role
As a Working Student in Customer Onboarding, you’ll play a key role in helping newly signed merchants get started with Omnidock quickly and successfully.
- You’ll manage the onboarding process end to end – from setting up accounts in our system to going live on marketplaces
- You’ll work hands-on with our proprietary software and AI tools to ensure listings are created and synced correctly
- You’ll identify bottlenecks and help us improve and streamline the onboarding workflow
- You’ll collaborate with our product and ops teams to give feedback and shape internal tools based on real merchant needs
What We're Looking For
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Business, E-Commerce, Information Systems, etc.)
- You have a structured and proactive way of working – and you enjoy optimizing processes
- You’re comfortable using software tools and working in a fast-moving tech environment
- You’re a native German speaker and fluent in English
