Since 1995 gestalten has been celebrated for its exceptional illustrated books. Our diverse content covers architecture, art and design, fashion and lifestyle, cuisine, travel, and adventure, with our mission being to inspire creative lives. Our team of about 50 dedicated professionals manages every aspect of our publications, from initial concept through editorial development, editing, translation, design, layout, printing, marketing, and worldwide distribution.

Wir suchen

Die Gestalten Verlag sucht ab dem 1. Oktober eine*n Werkstudierende*n (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unseres Editorial Management Teams. Dieses Team verantwortet die organisatorische Steuerung unserer Buchprojekte – von der ersten Idee bis zum fertigen Buch. Die Position bietet dir die Möglichkeit, einen umfassenden Einblick in die Abläufe der redaktionellen Projektleitung eines internationalen Verlags zu gewinnen.

Deine Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten

• Du unterstützt das Editorial Management Team bei organisatorischen und redaktionellen Aufgaben.
• Du akquirierst Bildmaterial und Texte für unsere vielfältigen Buchprojekte.
• Du unterstützt bei der Klärung von Nutzungsrechten für Bildrechte.
• Du kommunizierst mit verschiedenen externen Partnern unserer Buchprojekte, z. B. Fotograf*innen, Autor*innen, oder Agenturen.
