Our team of about 50 dedicated professionals manages every aspect of our publications, from initial concept through editorial development, editing, translation, design, layout, printing, marketing, and worldwide distribution.

Wir suchen

Die Gestalten Verlag sucht ab 1.8. eine*n Werkstudierende*n (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unseres E-Commerce-Geschäfts und B2B-Salesaktivitäten an 3 Tagen pro Woche für 20 Stunden/Woche.
In dieser Position arbeitest du eng mit unserem E-Commerce Lead und bist Teil unseres gesamten Sales Team.

Deine Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten

• Unterstützung im Bereich Content-Management, z. B. bei der Listung neuer Produkte (Bücher), der Aktualisierung von Bestandsinformationen, Produktdetails, Beschreibungstexten, Erscheinungsdaten etc.
• Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung im Bereich E-Mail-Marketing
• Unterstützung bei der Optimierung unserer Produktpräsentationen auf Amazon und in den gestalten Online-Shops
• Ergänzung der Produktpräsentationen um ausgewählte Buchrezensionen und Pressezitate
• Mitarbeit an der Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen für neue Buchveröffentlichungen
• Unterstützung bei Kampagnen- und Performance-Reporting
• Sicherstellung korrekter Titelmetadaten über verschiedene Shops und Plattformen hinweg
• Übernahme von Rechercheaufgaben zu potenziellen neuen B2B-Partnern
